Palm Europe has released the new Treo 500V. It is a cute little device, supporting a 320×240 resolution similar to Samsung i600 or Motorola Q. And they finally got on board with mini usb, ditching their own connector finally.

The unit has good specs, but what’s missing is quad band gsm and tri band umts (also no HSDPA in sight). Also missing is wifi.

Hopefully, they will release a version for the North American market with updated specs.
