When is Blackberry Application Suite coming out

I was really hopeful that an announcement related to BAS (Blackberry Application Suite) will be coming out WES 2009 (The Wireless Enterprise Symposium for BlackBerry Users, organized by RIM). But nothing... :(

I wonder if it is still on track to be released at least Q2 2009, I guess time will tell. It looks RIM is currently focusing on AppWorld and new device releases. No love to Windows Mobile devices...
