Telus released HTC S640
This is a neat device, similar to HTC S621 from Rogers. It has a full keyboard, surprisingly Wifi support (many CDMA Windows Mobile devices don't come with it), decent processor and 2 MP camera.
For me it is better than the S720, as the keyboard is not a slideout, plus it has more memory. But since I am not using my S720 frequently, I won't be replacing it soon. But it is a great buy for any other users, cheaper than S720 as well.
