8700 Update 1
Hey all,
More I use the 8700, more I like it. So far I have no issues than little bit of cramped keyboard. (When I type r, i usually type tr, etc).
I installed many apps. My favorites are
– Pocket Day, similar to Pocket PC today screen, it displays my missed calls, unread messages, weather, stocks and RSS newsfeeds.
– Traffic Edge, I can see highway traffic pictures, comes very handy on the road to guestimate traffic.
– Handmark Express, a must have, with News, Weather, 411, Movies and other services.
– Notifire Pro, you can customize your alerts, like incoming messages, PIN, etc. Very useful
– Emsn and Yahoo Messenger
– midpSSH, excellent SSH2 and telnet client. I can check my server at home or work remotely and easily, without need of a graphical interface.
